Location: RM Condor, Arbroath, DD11 3SJ
Salary: £24,325.383 (£13.32 per hour)
Hours: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week (5 days over 7, including weekends and evenings)
Shift timings: Varying hours between 06.30 - 20.30

What you’ll do:
- Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Follow recipe cards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Support and train new team members.
- Manage stock, place food orders, and maintain kitchen records.
- Monitor food safety standards and complete due diligence paperwork.
- Assist with deliveries and deep cleaning routines.
What we’re looking for:
- Relevant culinary qualification and/or relevant experience
- Confident chef and excellent team player.
- Flexible, innovative, and passionate about food.
- Able to pass BPSS vetting and DBS checks as we operate on a military Site
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
