Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Cook / Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a background in a culinary setting. As a Grill Cook / Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing delicious dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering as necessary. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role within the restaurant industry would be an advantage.
Excellent team management abilities, with experience supervising kitchen staff preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and delivering high-quality dining experiences.

Application Process
Interviews to be held – all successful applications will be invited to attend an interview.
Interview dates - Monday 1st June, Friday 5th June, Monday 8th June, Friday 12th June.
Training & inductions – if you are successful, you will be invited to attend one of our 5 -
day paid training programs at the site in Blaenau Ffestiniog. We will teach you everything you need to start your journey as a Grill cook / Cook.

29.06.2026
