Responsibilities
As a Chef, you’ll be the heartbeat of the kitchen, ensuring every dish delivers as advertised:
- Organise, coordinate, and deliver high-quality service across one or more kitchen sections
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to prepare fantastic dishes to perfection
- Mentor kitchen assistants & porters, fostering a supportive environment
- Keep your section prepped & organised for smooth service
- Maintain spotless hygiene & standards in one of our best-performing kitchens
Requirements
We’re looking for food-loving individuals who:
- Enthusiastically take pride in cooking and delivering exceptional dishes
- Thrive in fast-paced kitchen environments
- Have a strong team mindset and a willingness to support colleagues
- Can adapt quickly and handle the challenges of a high-pressure kitchen
