Responsibilities

As a Chef, you’ll be the heartbeat of the kitchen, ensuring every dish delivers as advertised:

  • Organise, coordinate, and deliver high-quality service across one or more kitchen sections
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to prepare fantastic dishes to perfection
  • Mentor kitchen assistants & porters, fostering a supportive environment
  • Keep your section prepped & organised for smooth service
  • Maintain spotless hygiene & standards in one of our best-performing kitchens

Requirements

We’re looking for food-loving individuals who:

  • Enthusiastically take pride in cooking and delivering exceptional dishes
  • Thrive in fast-paced kitchen environments
  • Have a strong team mindset and a willingness to support colleagues
  • Can adapt quickly and handle the challenges of a high-pressure kitchen
