Hours: 30 hours per week (including some evenings and weekends)
Salary: £14.78 per hour

- Provide a high-quality dining experience for residents with homemade, traditional meals
- Offer a diverse menu with excellent nutritional value
- Ensure HACCP compliance in all kitchen operations and assist with other kitchen duties
- Meet budgetary constraints while maintaining outstanding food standards
Requirements
- Experience in a similar retirement village or food service environment
- Food safety qualification: Preferably QFC / NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation and Cooking (or equivalent)
- Strong commitment to maintaining the highest kitchen standards
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends (30 hours/week)
