Chef
Location: Farington Lodge Hotel

Reports To: Head Chef
Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week over 5 days. Includes some weekends and evenings.

The Opportunity: Join our friendly team of staff at Farington Lodge Hotel. Work as part of a small, committed team of chefs, delivering all aspects of food production in the hotel. As a business we are committed to the growth and development of our people.
What We’re Looking For:
We believe in recruiting for potential as well as experience. Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for producing great food, with good attention to detail and be able to work independently, as well as part of a committed small team. You will be required to be flexible in carrying out your duties and be able to communicate positively with the food service team.
You must have food production experience with preferably a food hygiene certificate level two.
