Job Description

Lead daily kitchen operations to deliver high-quality, consistent meals, manage food preparation and safety, and ensure an efficient, organized service aligned with menu standards and cost targets.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Deliver consistent menu quality daily
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene compliance
  • Optimize ingredient usage and reduce waste
  • Train and manage kitchen team effectively
  • Plan prep schedules to meet service demand
