Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce a high quality of food in line with olimera menus in an efficient manner
- Meet all regulations and standards, follow Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures
- Maintain clean and tidy work environment
- Work well with others and be a team player
- Ensure kitchen is prepared for peak times

About You:
- A charismatic, energetic individual with excellent communication skills
- Eye for detail and high standards
- Strong work ethic and able to work as part of a multi-function team
- Good command of English language
- High standards in time keeping and attendance
Note: Package does not include membership of an independently managed tronc arrangement through which service charge is allocated outside of and in addition to your basic pay from your employment. Hourly amount shown is base only, actual pay will vary dependent on service charge collected.
