What Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Be a champion of brand standards in every dish
- Maintain a spotless kitchen – cleanliness is non-negotiable
- Prepare everything needed before busy shifts to keep everything running smoothly
- Cook to specification and follow recipes meticulously

As a full-time apprentice, you’ll work in the kitchen under experienced chefs while gaining practical experience. Through this Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship, you’ll help run our kitchens, create unforgettable moments for guests, and ensure quality remains our highest priority.
What Your Chef Apprenticeship Includes
- Regular training:
- Bi-weekly face-to-face sessions (alternating with Skype/phone catch-ups)
- A mix of on-the-job training, workshops, and webinars
- Progress reviews every 12 weeks with your apprentice, line manager, and lifetime trainer
- Feedback sessions to track and celebrate your development
- Qualifications & support:
- Funded Functional Skills in English and Maths (if missing GCSE equivalents)
- 30 paid working hours per week
