Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate openly with your team to deliver exceptional food and service, fostering an environment where everyone supports one another.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings with fresh insights.
- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes quickly, safely, and to brand standards in a high-pressure kitchen.
- Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Maintain impeccable kitchen cleanliness, including daily back-of-house tidying and hygienic stock practices.
- Cover kitchen setup and close-down procedures, including stock rotation, prep, and par checks.
- Stay updated on promotions, new products, and business priorities.
- Participate in in-house training, e-learning, and mandatory apprenticeship modules.
- Adhere strictly to brand standards, licencing laws, and all company policies.

We believe hard work and genuine passion for cooking are more valuable than experience. If you’re eager to learn and ready to grow, we’ll equip you with the skills to become a vital asset in any kitchen.
Join us as you work towards a nationally recognised Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship* over 15 months—all while gaining hands-on experience alongside expert chefs.
nProduction Chef Apprenticeship (Level 2)
- Delivered fully in-house via work-based training, blending face-to-face sessions with bi-weekly coach calls.
- Guided mentors support you daily.
- Attain Functional Skills in English/Maths (if GCSE-equivalents are absent).
- Regular 12-week reviews with your apprentice coach and manager.

Wage Information
Starting pay available for individuals depending on age:
- 18–20 years old: £10.85 per hour
- 21+ years old: £12.71 per hour
