As part of a small, tight-knit team, you’ll be an integral part of our growth, helping us build our local visibility and social media presence. While your primary focus is the kitchen, you will be supervised by our Bar Management team to learn the craft of bartending. You’ll become a versatile member of the Supercute family, capable of pulling the perfect pint and prepping the perfect sandwich.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of the business
  • Physical stamina for lifting and standing for long periods

Responsibilities

  • Assist in every stage of beer production—from prepping malts and hops to monitoring fermentation and recording vital brew data
  • Hands-on with kegging, labelling, and prepping beer for sale
  • Maintain a spotless, hygienic environment
  • Move malt sacks, handle kegs, and manage stock
  • Chat with customers during brewery tours and taproom events
  • Keep logs accurate using Microsoft Office and Brewman
  • Help coordinate with suppliers and couriers

Supercute is looking to expand and will require staff to build their roles to future business requirements into assistant manager and managerial roles.

Application Process

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience. Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
