Job Description Fairmont St Andrews talented and dedicated Kitchen team are looking for a Chef de Partie to join them. A little more about what you will be doing: To assist the Sous Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen ensuring that all areas of the kitchen are maintained to Fairmont St Andrews standards. Together, with the Sous Chef to supervise and coordinate the kitchen service with other departments. Working together with the Sous Chef to deal with staff queries, solving any problems concerning the kitchen you are assigned. To coordinate and execute training of kitchen staff and to participate in hotel initiatives such as the Health and Safety and Green Team committees to both develop relations with the rest of the hotel and bring kitchen training up to standard. To be able to motivate and train staff.
