We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, and brings passion, creativity, and attention to detail to every dish.

About You

This role would suit a junior Chef De Partie looking to progress or someone with experience in a similar environment who can meet the below requirements.

  • Professionalism, motivation, creativity, and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly (including 3 weekends out of 4 and bank holidays)
  • NVQ qualification in a relevant field such as food & beverage services or hospitality
  • Level 2 Food Safety qualification
  • Excellent culinary skills and food product knowledge, including an understanding of nutritional standards

We welcome applications from all who are suitably qualified and especially encourage applications from the under-represented sections of our community.

This role has been defined as a safety or security critical role and as a condition of a formal offer of employment you’ll be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test. Prospective employees and agency workers in defined safety and security critical roles will be required to undertake a drug and alcohol test after the job offer has been made. This will be prior to or within four weeks of their start date.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
