Description
The Escapade Chef de Partie will have a pivotal role in food preparation, presentation, and ensuring the quality of dishes in the restaurant. The Chef de Partie is expected to work under the supervision of the Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef, and Sous Chef and lead our junior chefs within the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
- To create and implement a best-in-class and award-winning guest experience.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the recipes and standards set by Escapade. Ensure the ingredients used are fresh, measured correctly, and handled in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation throughout the entire menu. Perform regular taste tests and inspections to verify the dishes meet established quality criteria. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and test new dishes. Suggest improvements or modifications to existing dishes.
- Stock and Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and controlling inventory for your section.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with the Head Chef and the Sous Chef to create and modify menu items. Collaborate with the Sous Chef to order supplies and ingredients as needed. Communicate any changes or updates within the kitchen to the relevant team when needed.
- Hygiene and Safety: Maintain kitchen cleanliness. Follow strict sanitation and safety guidelines. Be aware of and report any kitchen concerns, and equipment maintenance needs. Comply with all standard operating procedures, policies, and regulations including health and safety.
- Sustainability: To promote, implement, and act with the sustainability initiatives as directed by Escapade Silverstone

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or any other lifestyle/distinctive brand is desirable but not required
- A strong, yet positive guest service style
- Organised and ability to work within the team or on their own
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A good command of the English language is desired. Additional languages are advantageous
- Naturally maintains a neat and well-groomed appearance
- Full clean UK driving licence
