Requirements
- Existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step
- Passion and flare for producing quality fresh food
- Experience championing excellent service through quality food
- Passion to deliver fantastic food every time
- Active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Active team player with excellent communication skills
- Creativity and ability to help design and deliver new dishes
- Great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regards to both GP and labour
- Pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams

About The Leather Bottle
We are a fantastic local community pub with a HUGE beer garden. We LOVE training people up to become the managers of the future in Young's, we are also super proud of our food and are always developing our kitchen teams and our menus.
