Location: Southampton

Salary:

  • £28,496 per annum (~£13.70 per hour)
  • 40 hours per week, over 5 days

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. This role requires an individual who thrives in high-pressure kitchen environments, consistently delivering our brand standards while leading with confidence and professionalism.

Responsibilities

As our Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
  • Display strong leadership skills, ensuring team members work cohesively under pressure.
  • Collaborate closely with the entire kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Continuously build our reputation by ensuring every guest experiences memorable service that leaves them craving more.
