About the Role
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, daytime shifts only
We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to produce global dishes for our clients. Working from our airy and spacious production kitchen based in South Bermondsey, you will get to work with fresh, seasonal ingredients, cooking from scratch with a daily changing menu.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to really develop their skill set and knowledge, working in a calm kitchen with amazing work life balance!
Shifts are Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm.

Requirements
We are looking for a Chef de Partie who:
- Has experience working with fresh produce and high-volume
- Can work calmly with an organised and methodical approach
- A team player willing to pitch in and help when needed
- Excellent attention to detail when following recipes
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
