Where exceptional service and unforgettable dining experiences meet. We're on the lookout for a talented Chef de Partie to help deliver outstanding food across our dynamic dining outlets.

Your Role

As Chef de Partie, you'll take charge of your designated kitchen section, ensuring every dish meets our high standards and follows the guidance and recipes set by the Executive Chef. You'll play a key role in mentoring junior team members while upholding impeccable hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft high-quality dishes with consistency and presentation in mind
  • Maintain exceptional hygiene and comply with health & safety regulations
  • Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen staff for smooth operations
  • Supervise and support Commis Chefs within your section
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Executive Chef
  • Uphold Marriott’s policies and procedures
