Our hotel

Brown's Hotel is London's first hotel. It opened its doors on Albemarle Street in 1832. Since then we have hosted famous guests from all walks of life. Located in Mayfair, we are just moments away from the famed Bond Street boutiques, Dover Street Market, The Royal Academy of Arts and many independent art galleries.

Your key responsibilities

Join Adam Byatt, our Chef Director, and a talented brigade of chefs who share a passion for fresh, seasonal produce and exceptional culinary craftsmanship.

As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced, luxury kitchen.
