Searcys Chef De Partie Opportunity

Searcys is on the hunt for a talented and driven Chef De Partie to join the exceptional team at the prestigious Barber-Surgeons' Hall.

Launched in July 2024, Searcys Events Liveries is a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to bringing world-class hospitality to the iconic Livery Halls of the City of London. With a commitment to excellence, care, and respect, we create unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impression on every guest.

We are looking for personable individuals to join our Kitchen Brigade as Chef de Partie. You will work across a number of different events including conference and banqueting, private dining, and weddings. You will get a chance to be creative and work with the finest ingredients and with a team that will nurture you for the future.

Job Description

Job Type: 0 Hours Contract

Salary: £18 per hour

Schedule: Mostly Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.
  • Responsible to manage stock levels of the section you are overseeing, including ordering when required.
  • Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.
  • To ensure all Health, Hygiene, and Safety requirements are being adhered to.
  • Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.
