Rossella is expanding, and we are looking for a Grill Chef to join our team at our Muswell Hill restaurant, working on our Meat & Fish section.
Building on the success of our Kentish Town restaurant, voted in the Top 10 Italian Restaurants in London by OpenTable and ranked in the Top 200 on Tripadvisor, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing neighbourhood Italian restaurant with a strong focus on quality food, genuine hospitality, and developing great chefs.
This is a role with a clear progression pathway. You'll begin by running our Meat & Fish section before being trained across Pasta, Starters, and other areas of the kitchen. Every time you learn a new section and are signed off to run it independently, you'll receive a pay increase. The more sections you can confidently work, the more you'll earn.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
