We are ONE Team at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, and we are committed to delivering magic every day for our guests. Come and join the team!
Shift opportunities include:
- Full Time (5 days out of 7)
- Breakfast Shifts (6am until 2pm)
- Evening Shifts (2pm until 10pm)
Due to the nature of our operation, weekend availability is essential

What does this role entail?
A day in the life of a Chef de Partie would include...
- Preparing a range of high-quality dishes from seasonal menus across our À La Carte restaurants
- Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
- Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
- Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
- Preparing high-quality dishes in an efficient timely manner
- Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
What is required for this role?
- Previous Food & Beverage or Hospitality experience
- Food Safety qualifications required
- Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Be an effective communicator with both peers and the management team
- Be adaptable and flexible to support business requirements
- Be approachable at all times, maintain a positive can-do attitude, and demonstrate a willingness to be a team player
