Chef de Partie

Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Speaking Spanish is essential
- Passion for Mexican food is a big plus

Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking dishes to company standards
- Working across different kitchen sections during service
- Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards at all times
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy services
- Helping with stock rotation and organisation
- Assisting with prep and daily kitchen setup
- Communicating clearly with the front of house and kitchen team
- Following all health & safety procedures

Benefits
- Salary: £12.71 per hour + service charge
- Average earnings: Usually around £14–£15.50 per hour total
