Job Description: Chef
Join our team and we will work together to achieve your goals!
- Plan and execute menus in collaboration with our senior team
- Manage ingredients that should be frequently available on a daily basis
- Follow the directions of the Head Chef and Sous Chef
- Adherence to all relevant health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with other colleagues and seniors
- Run either a larder, sauce, garnish, or pastry section
- Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure delivery of high-quality food and service
- Be present in the kitchen during all required services, providing support for the team
- Ensure you have the knowledge of product, menu, and service, to the required level of excellence, continually developing and maintaining what we do
- Understand the importance of creating a good working environment to enable the team to meet standards
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, dress code, and health and safety at all times
- Undertake any reasonable requests made of you by the company, including flexibility in hours, location, and responsibilities

Qualifications
About you:
- Chef; 1-year (required)
- Have a flair and passion to achieve the highest of standards
- Able to be flexible, articulate, and have a desire to progress to the next level
- Hard working, reliable, trustworthy, and competent enough to work alone and with the experience and people skills to work in a team
- Stay calm and focused in a high-pressure, busy environment
- Flexible approach to working hours

- Competitive salary based on experience: GBP 13.00–14.50/hour
