Chef de Partie – Holiday Inn Farnborough
About the Role

Role Responsibilities
As the new Chef de Partie in our fast-paced, 24/7 service-oriented department, you will:
- Demonstrate outstanding leadership, maintaining a clean, efficient, and productive kitchen environment under pressure.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to consistently exceed brand standards.
- Deliver an unforgettable dining experience, ensuring guests return for more.
- Contribute to orders yet to be completed, focusing on quality, speed, and presentation.
- Manage supply and cooking processes across all post categories align with the objectives set in the menu.
- Organise staff shifts, training, and ensure team consistency to meet operating plans.
Note: There’s no typical shift pattern to navigate at Holiday Inn Farnborough. Due to the restaurant and bar being open seven days a week, 365 days a year, you will be required to work evenings, weekends and shift work. Flexibility remains key to the role, so this could be the right food service job for you if you can adapt successfully to such shifts.
Requirements & Person Specification
As a Chef de Partie, you will:
- Be flexible in your work patterns, with no primary set shift.
- Be experienced in a fast-paced hospitality environment and prepared to work across all post and shift types.
- Possess excellent time management and teamwork skills—especially during peak demand.
- Have a track record of exceeding brand standards and leading teams effectively.
