What We Are Looking For:

Our kitchen team is pivotal to our operation; hence your role is crucial to the success in catering for our clients at this venue. Ensuring quality, consistency and beautifully presented dishes are produced for our customers. Within this role you must have previous experience working in a kitchen environment.

Main Duties

  • Report promptly for duty suitably dressed in clean chef uniform.
  • Prepare and produce food to the highest standard and specifications given by Senior Kitchen staff.
  • Report any shortage of stock and stores to Head Chef & Sous Chef
  • Ensure correct stock rotation and proper storage of cooked and uncooked food.
  • Keep your section always tidy and clean.
  • Adhere strictly to the food hygiene regulation.
  • Strictly comply to the Health and Safety regulations.
  • Ensure that all mise en place is kept tidy, fresh and properly stocked as required.
  • Fill in any position or station required by Head Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Check, prepare and supervise preparation of food, to the highest standards set by the company.
  • Report any fault of equipment immediately to Head Chef or Sous Chef
  • Ensure complete confidentiality relating to all matters concerning the Company.
  • Lead by example in relation to displaying the four key behaviours of the Customer Service model.

  • Open and Close: Engages openly and warmly at the start of every interaction and ensures each conversation or service exchange concludes with clarity, courtesy, and appreciation.

Please Note:

  • You must be aged 18 or above and have the right to work in the UK
  • This position requires working nights, evenings, weekends and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling.
  • Chef de Parties will spend a large portion of their shift on their feet working directly with the public.
