Role Description
The Chef De Partie role is a full-time, on-site position based in Falkirk. The role involves managing a designated section of the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes to company standards, and ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Daily tasks include:

The Chef De Partie will collaborate closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team, assist with stock control and ordering, and help train and support junior kitchen staff. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in professional kitchens, ideally in hotels or restaurants, with proven competence managing a specific kitchen section.
- Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and modern presentation styles, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Understanding of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen hygiene regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and contribute positively to a collaborative team culture.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow direction from senior chefs while guiding and supporting junior team members.
- Relevant culinary training or qualifications (e.g., professional cookery certification or equivalent experience) are highly beneficial.
- Flexibility with working hours and a reliable, professional approach to attendance and punctuality.
- Passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in contributing to a high-quality guest dining experience.
