Chef de Partie – Heartwood Collection

Rate: Basic up to £13.10 per hour PLUS TRONC – On Target Earnings (OTE): £15 - £15.50* (including TRONC)


About the Role

We are seeking passionate and vibrant individuals to join our kitchen team as Chef de Partie at Heartwood Collection, an award-winning hospitality group.

Heartwood Collection is a thriving group of cosy pubs and atmospheric brasseries, including Brasserie Blanc and Heartwood Inns. We specialise in serving fresh, seasonal dishes to our local communities.

About You

You will bring:

  • A passion for delivering high-quality, fresh food
  • 3-4 years of experience in a service setting
  • Proven track record in handling 2+ kitchen sections
  • Intermediate knife skills and experience with classical cooking techniques
