About The Role

As a Chef De Partie, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests experience luxury dining at its finest. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with our exceptional Head Chef and Sous Chef to create beautifully presented, high-quality dishes that leave a lasting 5★ impression.
  • Mastering all recipes in your section—ensuring every plate is expertly executed with precision, creativity, and elegance.
  • Maintaining rigorous hygiene, health, and safety standards—your station must always be impeccably organised, clean, and service-ready.
  • Ensuring flawless mise en place to support efficient workflows, lightning-fast service, and a seamless dining experience for every guest.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with your team— küçükyrtehelp, urging on colleagues, and fostering a culture of excellence and camaraderie in the kitchen.
  • Delivering reliable weeknight and weekend commitments—our guests expect nothing less than brilliance during peak periods.
