Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality dishes using the freshest, sustainable seafood
- Manage and ensure excellence within your assigned kitchen section
- Mentor and train junior chefs, upholding quality standards
- Work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic kitchen setting
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to provide exceptional dining experiences
