Responsibilities
Kitchen Team Leader Key Tasks
▪ Deputise for Head Chef & Sous Chef in their absence ▪ Support prep and service alongside makers/crews ▪ Lead teamwork (bridge gaps; grow co-operation) ▪ Drive collective success across Village Hotels' F&B frameworks
