What You’ll Be Doing
As a Chef de Partie at The Cumberland, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences:
- Deliver high-quality, appetising meals daily, meeting the expectations of exceptional hospitality.
- Focus on quality over quantity, ensuring attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations to maintain a safe kitchen.
- Bring expertise from a busy, high-quality restaurant, including experience with:
- High-volume banqueting
- A variety of cooking styles
