Chef De Partie – Full-Time (37.5hrs/Week) at The Harley Street Clinic, London

Location: The Harley Street Clinic, London Shifts: Monday–Sunday, 6:30 AM – 10 PM Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week Salary: Competitive salary + excellent benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits package, career development)

As a Chef De Partie, you’ll:

  • Cook and prepare high-quality meals using fresh ingredients, supporting patient healing and well-being.
  • Work alongside a Sous Chef or Head Chef, learning and refining techniques in a fast-paced, medically focused kitchen.
  • Deliver comfort, nutrition, and celebration in every dish, from recovery meals to morale-boosting treats.

This isn’t just food—it’s essential care.


Who We’re Looking For

We seek passionate, team-oriented culinary professionals with:

  • Deep knowledge of baking standards, cooking techniques, and grilling methods.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-energy production environment.
  • A knack for quickly mastering new recipes and workflows.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • A collaborative approach, able to work seamlessly alongside colleagues.
