Chef De Partie – Full-Time (37.5hrs/Week) at The Harley Street Clinic, London

As a Chef De Partie, you’ll:
- Cook and prepare high-quality meals using fresh ingredients, supporting patient healing and well-being.
- Work alongside a Sous Chef or Head Chef, learning and refining techniques in a fast-paced, medically focused kitchen.
- Deliver comfort, nutrition, and celebration in every dish, from recovery meals to morale-boosting treats.

Who We’re Looking For
We seek passionate, team-oriented culinary professionals with:
- Deep knowledge of baking standards, cooking techniques, and grilling methods.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-energy production environment.
- A knack for quickly mastering new recipes and workflows.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A collaborative approach, able to work seamlessly alongside colleagues.
