About The Job

At Langosteria, the kitchen is where creativity, precision, and excellence come together to create an unforgettable culinary experience. We’re looking for a Chef de Partie who combines strong technical skills, organization, and leadership to manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency.

This role is ideal for a professional who leads by example, maintains high culinary standards, and thrives in a dynamic fine dining environment.

  • Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared according to company standards
  • Supervise and support Commis Chefs during preparation and service
  • Ensure proper mise en place and organization of the assigned station
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes throughout service
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering needs to the Sous Chef or Head Chef
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service

About You

  • Minimum two to three years of experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar role in high-end kitchens
  • Strong culinary techniques and knowledge of kitchen operations
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and support junior team members
  • Attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced fine dining environment
