PERMANENT CONTRACT
40 hours per week (shift work including mornings, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays).

About Phyllis Court Club
Phyllis Court is a private members club situated in a grand riverside manor, set in 18 acres of land with 17 guest bedrooms on the River Thames in Henley-On-Thames and spectacular views over the river & the countryside beyond.
Phyllis Court has excellent facilities, superb cuisines and wines, relaxing riverside accommodation and friendly staff being the perfect setting to meet friends & colleagues, with the highlight of the year being Henley Regatta.
The Role
As a Chef de Partie at Phyllis Court Club you will be part of a fresh food led kitchen environment achieving high standards of culinary expectation for our members. This role provides an opportunity to create an exceptional dining experience within our busy and vibrant kitchens, using fresh and seasonal produce.

Responsibilities Will Include
- Working as part of a team to prepare & deliver food in all kitchens
- Developing your skills within the kitchen team by working around the kitchen in different sections
- Assisting senior chefs with menu designs and food development
- Preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Following recipes and presentation specifications
- Ensuring that all food is stored in the correct manner and that stock rotation is properly carried out
Skills And Experience
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment
- Food Safety Level 2 and Food Allergen Certificate. Training provided if necessary
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Organised and able to work under pressure
