Key Responsibilities

Join Adam Byatt, our Chef Director, and a talented brigade of chefs who share a passion for fresh, seasonal produce and exceptional culinary craftsmanship.

As Chef de Partie, your role includes:

  • Taking ownership of your section, preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards in a luxury kitchen.
  • Ensuring efficiency, precision, and quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contributing creativity, technical expertise, and strong organisational skills, with exposure to international cuisines and refined dining techniques.
  • Working independently and collaboratively to maintain consistency, quality, and smooth daily operations.
  • Developing under industry-leading mentors, with clear growth pathways.
  • Becoming an integral part of the Rocco Forte family, where hard work and skill are recognised and nurtured.
