About the Role
As a passionate, hands-on individual, you’ll provide crucial support in delivering branded, mouth-watering dishes to customers across our Food & Beverage (F&B) outlets.
Perfect for those eager to climb the kitchen ladder, we offer:

Kitchen Team Leader
As a Kitchen Team Leader, your responsibilities include:
- Working alongside and stepping in for Head Chef & Sous Chef when required
- Collaborating with other chefs during prep and service times
- Ensuring smooth running of a tight-knit team
- Driving long-term department goals to support the hotel business’s objectives
