Chef de Partie – Gino D'Acampo Restaurant, Leeds
We are looking for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade at Gino D'Acampo Restaurant within the Leeds Marriott Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic chef who takes pride in producing high-quality Italian-inspired cuisine while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, presentation, and service.
What you'll do
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard within your designated section.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across every service.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional food and service.
- Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and minimising food waste.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Support the training and development of Commis Chefs and junior members of the kitchen team.
- Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step.
- A genuine passion for fresh, quality ingredients and Italian-inspired cuisine.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene legislation and HACCP procedures.
- An eye for detail and pride in consistently delivering exceptional dishes.
