Chef de Partie
The Teller's Arms is a premium pub in Farnham, featuring 9 boutique bedrooms, a semi-private space, and a rooftop terrace. We aim to be the premier destination for drinks, family meals, and dinners.
Requirements
- Existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step
- Passion and flare for producing quality fresh food
- Experience championing excellent service through quality food
- Passion to deliver fantastic food every time
- Active hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Active team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate creativity and skill in designing and delivering new dishes
- Great planning and organisational skills
- Pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth

Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials
- Maintain effective controls with regard to GP and labour
- Engage with both kitchen and front of house teams to drive sales and deliver growth
