We are the best gastro pub in Wandsworth, renowned for hosting the best rugby events and serving everything from Scotch Eggs to Sunday Lunches. Our team is our jewel in the crown and gives the best welcome to every guest. Our pub dog, Eddie, is on hand to lend an ear to even the weariest traveller.
Requirements
- An existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step
- Passion and flare for producing quality fresh food
- Experience championing excellent service through quality food
- Passion to deliver fantastic food every time
- Active hands-on approach
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Active team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate creativity and input into menu design
- Great planning and organisational skills
- Pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth

Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials
- Maintain effective controls with regards to GP and labour
- Drive sales and deliver growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams
