Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Chef De Partie to join our professional and dynamic kitchen team in an hotel Food & Beverage operation, supporting breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This role enables you to craft memorable culinary experiences while contributing to the smooth operation across the entire hospitality venue.
Key Responsibilities (Non-Exhaustive)
- Food Preparation:
- Prepare and cook dishes strictly according to recipes and kitchen standards set by the head/sous chef.
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld at all times.
- Support operational efficiency, delivering seamless guest dining experiences across the entire hotel.

Station Management:
- Oversee the production of assigned dishes and maintain your designated cooking station (with organisation, supplies, and cleanliness).
- Lead assigned tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Quality Assurance:
- Maintain high-quality presentations and tastes for all dishes.
- Partner with your senior team to control costs, inventory, and productivity.

Teamwork & Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with all kitchen staff and cover Breakfast Shift in the absence of the Breakfast Chef.

Innovation & Development:
- Partner with the head/sous chef to develop and taste new recipes.

Maintenance & Cleanliness:
- Uphold kitchen cleanliness and equipment functionality.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ culinary experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and multi-cuisine proficiency.
- Deep understanding of food safety and sanitation
- Adaptability to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Ability to cover peak service periods.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for culinary excellence; commitment to continuous improvement.
