Role: Chef de Partie
Key Responsibilities
Expect the wonders of culinary excellence—crafting unforgettable moments through flavour, creativity, and teamwork.
- Lead your section with confidence, cooking incredible dishes that dazzle with their flavour and presentation.
- Unleash your creativity to ensure every plate exceeds expectations in taste and visual appeal.
- Keep the kitchen running smoothly by staying organised, prepping ahead, and ensuring seamless operations.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team, communicating with precision to meet deadlines and deliver dishes flawlessly.
- Maintain a spotlessly clean workspace, from your station to tools—cleanliness is non-negotiable.
- Work to track and optimise stock, ensuring favourites are always available without walls.
- Contribute to menu planning and development, bringing forward-thinking ideas that elevate the guest experience.

What We’re Looking For
To fuel our team’s passion and drive, we seek:
- A deep passion for culinary excellence and an unwavering commitment to memorable dining.
- Proven experience in fast-paced kitchens, ideally in a Chef de Partie or comparable role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills to thrive under pressure.
- Creativity and artistic vision—especially when it comes to plating and presentation.
- A loving, team-driven spirit, where collaboration and back-of-house harmony are key.
- Dedication to hygiene and food safety standards, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
