- Championing brand standards – Mentoring Kitchen teams to maintain excellence.
- Running a section – Leading a dedicated team with coordination and guidance.
- Pre-service prep – Readying everything for seamless service.
- Health & safety leadership – Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and precision.
- Absolute menu mastery – Cooking to spec and knowing every plate inside-out.
