As Chef de Partie you will remain up to date with the latest cooking and presentation techniques, to prepare fresh local foods for guests visiting our 2 AA rosette restaurant; ‘Squires’. You will work creatively as part of a team, inspiring fresh ideas and playing a key role in devising menus. You must have experience of working under pressure in a busy, high-end restaurant and be accomplished at preparing and presenting dishes using fresh local, high-quality ingredients. This is a full-time position (45 hours per week). You will be working on rota basis, 5 days out of 7. You must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Requirements

  • Experience of cooking fresh dishes in a 2AA Rosette restaurant
  • Passion and creative flair, Eager to learn and develop
  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests
  • Ability to remain calm and focused on quality during busy service
  • Experience in leading a section, strong team player
  • You will bring fresh ideas and experience
