Join the Michelin-starred kitchen brigade at Berners Tavern, led by celebrated chef Jason Atherton. This award-winning restaurant serves a contemporary British menu crafted from the finest British ingredients. As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be at the heart of innovation, mastering dishes on a monthly rotating seasonal menu—with training, hands-on supplier visits, and unparalleled professional growth.


Responsibilities

  • Work within a dynamic, award-winning kitchen to elevate a simple yet elegant seasonal British menu.
  • Develop expertise in executing Rosetta-certified dishes with precision.
  • Rotate through various station segments to gain comprehensive kitchen experience under direct mentorship.
  • Participate in hands-on training with local suppliers, deepening your culinary skills.
  • Maintain a positive, 'can-do' attitude, embracing adaptability and continuous learning.

Requirements

You’ll bring to this role:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a professional fine-dining kitchen (preferably in a Michelin-starred restaurant or 5-star hotel).
  • Stable work history with a demonstrated record of reliability.
  • Passion, drive, organisation, and punctuality—essential for maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
