Job Description
We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic production kitchen near Heathrow Airport. In this role, you will play a crucial part in producing high-quality meals for our airline clients, ensuring our culinary standards meet passengers’ expectations while working alongside a skilled team.
The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong operational and technical skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
You will report to the Sous Chef, collaborating closely to meet orders efficiently while maintaining consistent quality. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to exact standards
- Overseeing a specific kitchen section, training junior staff
- Ensuring inventory management and adherence to food safety/ hygiene protocols
- Contributing to process improvements and cost efficiencies

Responsibilities
As Chef de Partie, you will:
- Prepare and present dishes in line with recipies and client specifications
- Maintain high-quality consistency and chef standards at all times
- Lead a specific kitchen station, supporting trainees/junior staff
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure fresh, well-stocked ingredients
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations (including safe storage and proper handling)
- Assist in cost control measures, reducing waste and optimising efficiency
- Participate in team meetings and share innovations to enhance food quality
- Aid the Sous Chef or Head Chef in daily operations
- Delegate tasks in larger kitchens to یہ assistants or subordinates
- Maintain proficiency in knife skills and demonstrate versatile cooking techniques
Requirements
Applicants should have:
Experience & Professionals Competencyts
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, preferably within airline catering or high-volume production
- 3+ years’ experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution
Soft & Practical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices
- Superb organisational and time management skills, with strong ability to work under pressure
- Effective collaboration and inter-team communication
- Clean, meticulous, and safe work practices with strict attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
