About the Role

We seek a Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team at Radisson RED Glasgow. Here, we look beyond experience—we are inspired by character, creativity, and passion in culinary EME.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the kitchen operations: Ensure smooth running by delivering guest dining experiences to the highest standards across the hotel.
  • Guest-focused mindset: Collaborate with a team to elevate satisfaction, resolve issues efficiently, and enhance satisfaction.
  • Accountability & delivery: Complete assigned duties in a timely and professional manner, meeting departmental and hotel objectives.
  • Cost & inventory control: Partner with line management to monitor expenses, optimise productivity, and ensure performance targets.
  • During team participation: Foster positive relationships, uphold company values, and align with the Moment Makers mindset.
  • Compliance commitment: Ensure adherence to all legal requirements, including documentation and action plans for audits.
  • Ownership & solutions: Approach tasks with a hands-on spirit and problem-solve with drive and creativity.
