About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team, bringing creativity, energy, and dedication to ensure flawless dining experiences for our guests.
As Chef de Partie, you will:
- Lead kitchen operations to ensure high standards of service across all guest dining areas within the hotel.
- Collaborate closely with the team to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, performing duties professionally and within deadlines to meet departmental objectives.
- Align with hotel initiatives while supporting team productivity, cost control, and inventory management.
- Uphold Radisson’s culture and values, fostering strong relationships while ensuring compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and legal regulations.
- Participate actively in audits and Best Practice activities, ensuring requirements are met and addressing follow-up as needed.
