Chef de Partie – Corporate Catering Site (Canary Wharf) Location: Canary Wharf, London, E14 Pay: £16.47 per hour Job Type: Temporary (ongoing with potential for permanent opportunities) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a high-end corporate catering team based in Canary Wharf. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional kitchen environment within a prestigious office setting. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and safety standards Assisting with stock control, deliveries, and kitchen organisation Ensuring all food is presented to a high standard Working efficiently during busy service periods Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up Experience within corporate, hospitality, or high-volume catering environments Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene certificate (essential) Good understanding of allergens and dietary requirements Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen Compliance Requirements: Right to Work in the UK Basic DBS check required Adverse financial check required Full employment history verification required via GOV.UK service Additional Information: Based at a flagship corporate office in Canary Wharf Professional working environment with high standards Opportunities for ongoing work and progression If you are a skilled chef looking for a stable role in a professional environment, this position offers consistent work and a great setting to further your career.
