Chef de Partie | 4-Day Week | Award-Winning Country Hotel | Learn, Lead & Progress At Stanley House Hotel & Spa, we’re building a kitchen where chefs develop, progress, and take real pride in what they create. Set in 54 acres of Ribble Valley countryside, our award-winning hotel is home to Fred’s Brasserie, premium events, and a fast-paced, high-quality food operation, and we’re looking for a Chef de Partie ready to step up.

- Leading a section during service (restaurant & events)
- Preparing fresh, high-quality dishes to a consistent standard
- Supporting and mentoring junior chefs
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, organisation, and safety
- Working closely with front of house to deliver great guest experiences
Requirements
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
- Passion for food and pride in your work
- Calm under pressure with a positive attitude
- A team player who supports others
