Role: Chef de Partie
Shift Details:
- 06:00 – 15:30 & 9:30 – 19:30 for 5 out of 7 days a week
- No split shifts (consistent shifts)
- 1 in 3 weekends off

We're seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join us as a Chef de Partie.
Your focus will be to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in guiding a culinary team dedicated to delivering:
- Nutritionally balanced meals
- High-quality culinary service
- Contributing to the wellbeing of residents
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Attending meetings with residents and department heads to agree on catering functions, address dietary needs, and special requirements.
- Preparing nutritional food and beverages to a high standard, as per Head Chef’s instructions.
- Assisting in cost-effective stock control to minimise waste.
- Collaborating with senior chefs in regular menu development and reviews.

About You
This role aligns with our core values: caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable.
To thrive here, our ideal candidate will:
- Hold a catering qualification (preferred, but not essential), such as:
- City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/2
- NVQ in relevant hospitality/catering
- Equivalent professional training
- Have a minimum of 1 year’s catering experience.
- Demonstrate compassion and commitment to high-quality culinary service for residents.
- Be flexible, adaptable, and ready for short-notice responsibility shifts.
